Digital Resources Refund Policy

Growth Resources are digital PDF products delivered by email or digital access after payment confirmation. Because these are downloadable digital products, refunds are not available after the file or access has been delivered, except in cases of duplicate payment, failed delivery, or wrong file sent.

Paid Services Cancellation Policy

Consultancy calls and workshops can be rescheduled once when the customer gives at least 24 hours notice for calls or 48 hours notice for workshops. Setup, branding, analytics, and custom project deposits are refundable before work starts. Once work has started, refund eligibility depends on the completed scope and written proposal terms.
